Zhang Wei

Chairman & CEO
25+ years in steel manufacturing

Zhang Wei founded Qiancheng Steel in 1966 with a vision to create a globally competitive steel manufacturing company. Under his leadership, the company has expanded to export products to over 40 countries worldwide.

He is currently spearheading the Regional Director Program to establish local representation in key international markets.

Li Na

Chief Operations Officer
20+ years in manufacturing operations

Li Na oversees all manufacturing operations at our Yashan County facilities. She has implemented advanced production technologies and quality control systems that have increased efficiency by 40% over the past decade.

Her expertise in metal processing machinery has been instrumental in expanding our product line to include electrical and electronic equipment.

Chen Hong

Global Sales and Account Manager
15+ years in international trade

Chen Hong manages our global sales and accounting. She identified the time zone communication challenges with each customer in their respective countries.

She is responsible for sales and managing company accounts in key markets worldwide.

Wang Jian

HR & Talent Development Director
18+ years in human resources

Wang Jian manages our human resources department and is leading the recruitment for our Regional Director positions. He developed the part-time email inquiry system that has successfully identified potential regional directors.

He oversees all career development programs and international recruitment initiatives.

The huge time difference between China and the United States presented a significant challenge for our business communication.
